FWF ...... School Days

Good morning and welcome to another Friends  With Flair blog hop.  Today I am sharing a card with you that uses both Unity and Ippity stamps.  This card was made for the "School Days"  challenge at the Shabby Tea Room.  The challenge this week was to create a card based on this photo:

Upon seeing this photo, the stamp set that immediately came to mind was Books a' Flutter by  {ippity}.  With this stamp set and photo in mind here is the card I created:

I thought this quote from E.E. Cummings "a good book has no ending" would look great written on a chalkboard.  So I made a little chalkboard out of  rectangle Nestabilities dies and the tape measure stamp  from Unity's "Get Scrappy With" was used for the rulers. A little bit of writing paper, a few apples, some ribbon, and a little map; my card was complete!

To continue along the hop click HERE.  Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day! :)

Susan

Supplies:

Pattern Paper:  Webster Pages, K & Co., October Afternoon
Misc:  Nestabilitie dies, ribbon, doily, Color Box ink, Fresh ink, Cricut
