FWF ...... School Days
Good morning and welcome to another Friends With Flair blog hop. Today I am sharing a card with you that uses both Unity and Ippity stamps. This card was made for the "School Days" challenge at the Shabby Tea Room. The challenge this week was to create a card based on this photo:
Upon seeing this photo, the stamp set that immediately came to mind was Books a' Flutter by {ippity}. With this stamp set and photo in mind here is the card I created:
I thought this quote from E.E. Cummings "a good book has no ending" would look great written on a chalkboard. So I made a little chalkboard out of rectangle Nestabilities dies and the tape measure stamp from Unity's "Get Scrappy With" was used for the rulers. A little bit of writing paper, a few apples, some ribbon, and a little map; my card was complete!
