Ippity Stamps New Release and Friends With Flair
Good morning everyone! Today I am sharing with you the cards I made using the new {ippity} stamps that were released last night. I hope you enjoy the new releases and like them as much as I do!
Good evening and welcome the April Ippity Stamps Blog Hop. I'm so glad you were able to stop by tonight! This month's new releases are wonderful for coloring and paper piecing as well as for bringing out your artistic side! Four brand new stamp sets are being released this month. Three of the new stamp sets were designed by the very talented artist, Angie Bloom.
The first stamp set, Bloom and Simplify consists of 3 stamps: a script stamp, a sentiment and this beautiful large pansy stamp.
For this card I embossed the background and paper pieced the large pansy. Did you notice the details in the leaves? Little hearts are attached to the leaves. Don't you just love this large pansy flower with all the detail? I do!
The next stamp set Angie Girl: Dream with your Heart consists of four stamps: two flower stamps, a silhouette stamp and a sentiment.
This set has such a romantic feel and I love the girl silhouette in this stamp set! I stamped and embossed all the images in white, added a little paper piecing and a handmade rosette.
The third release, Let your Heart Take Flight, also consists of four stamps: three sentiments and a winged heart image.
Hearts with wings, such a beautiful image! To add dimension to the card I created a 3D heart by simply stamping the heart four times, cutting out the hearts, folding the hearts in half and gluing the folded hearts together. I love how it turned out!
And last, but not least, the itty bitty release for this month is a golf themed set which includes a golf cart and three sentiments. Perfect for golfers and dads.
I hope you love this month's releases as much as I do! Don't forget to visit the Unity forum on Splitcoast Stampers this evening for lots of chit chat and GIVEAWAYS! Click on over to the Unity website for special offers on this months new releases.
