Ippity Blog Hop- Memorial Day

Good morning and welcome to another
{ippity} hop Monday.  Today I took this
opportunity to make a thank you card
for our military veterans and current
members of the military as well as their
families.  Sometimes words just can't
express  how much their commitment
and sacrifices are appreciated.

I have had this Unity background stamp
named Declare Freedom for a while, but
never had a chance to use it until now.
Now that I see it stamped, it really is a
pretty stamp.  I then made a star bouquet
and a sentiment banner using the burlap
background stamp  called A Bit of Burlap
and a sentiment stamp from Just Wanted
to Say. Both stamp sets are available HERE.

I hope you enjoyed today's card.  The next
person in the hop is the delightful and talented
Lynn Miller.  Have a wonderful Memorial Day
and thanks for stopping by.

Hugs,
Susan

Unity FWF Blog Hop

Good morning everyone! It's Friday it's
a long weekend and it's the FWF blog hop!
Today, I made a card using the sentiment from
Delightful Little Things by {ippity}.

This is one of my favorite sentiments  from this
stamp set with the cute roses and hearts
embedded in the sentiment.  I used Anna
Griffin paper and blommers from Websters
Pages.  The leaves, that were stamped and
embossed, are from another {ippity} stamp
set, Now and Always.  A little bling , an
edger punch and some machine stitching
finished off the card.

The next person on the hop is the talented
Heather Rolin, click on her name to visit

today and have a fabulous weekend!

Ippity Hop

Hello and welcome to another {ippity} hop
Monday.  For today's card I used a sketch
from Kim H. in the Go to Sketches magazine
from Paper Crafts.

The papers I used are from Anna Griffin's Isabella
collection.   I love the intense colors in this
collection and it is definitely one of my all time
favorites. The flower and sentiment are from
Now and Always. I used aqua embossing
powder for the flower and antique linen
distress ink  on the doily.

Ippity Stamps Now and Always

Today I have a Birthday card to share with you.  I
love the flowers in the Now and Always  stamp set
and I love the color combination of red and blue,
thus I made this card.

I  began this card by stamping and embossing two of
the same flowers  from the Now and  Always stamp
set.  I then stamped over the embossed flowers with
the Mixed Messages stamp from Unity. I colored the
edges and center of the flowers and cut them out. The
frame behind the flower is from Love in Return.
The embossed flower leaves are also from Now and
Always.   The colorful background paper is from
October Afternoon and the sentiment is my favorite
computer font, School House Printed.

I hope you enjoyed today's card.  Have a wonderful
day and thanks for stopping by.

Hugs,
Susan

Ippity Hop Monday

      Hello {ippity} friends!  Today's card
uses two of the new releases,  Now and Always
and The Simple Things.

I  love the flowers in the Now and Always set, and
the sentiment from The Simple Things is the perfect
compliment for this sweet, simple flower.  I
began the card by  randomly stamping the
flower onto a white card base with light
blue chalk ink.  I then stamped and
embossed the flowers and leaves
onto polka dot paper and cut them
out.  A paper doily was used to frame
the flower and a edger punch finished
off the card.  The flowers in this set
are perfect for a simple little card.

This is one of the new, small mini sets titled Faith
Blooms .  It consists of 4 stamps, all of which are
used on this card except for one more flower
that is included  in the set. I love these little
mini sets!  And the best part about the sets,
they are only $6.00! To finish off the card I used
Anna Griffin, Basic Grey and Memory Box paper.

Hello and welcome to another {ippity} hop Monday.  I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day and are ready for some more treats today from the {ippity} chicks.  The card I made today uses two stamp sets from {ippity}.

The stamped images in the center are from Regal
Greetings and the sentiment is from Sweet
Thoughts of Spring.  The paper is from October
Afternoon.  I love the bright colors of these
papers and I was so pleased when I realized that
I had ink and vellum paper that coordinated
perfectly with the colors in the paper.  A little
machine stitching finished off the card.  Both
sets are available HERE.
