OCC- Masked Background

     This card was so much fun to make!  The technique used  to create this  plaid background was masking.  The only stamping on this card was the sentiment.  I used distress inks and an ink  blender tool to create the plaid background. I added a little sparkle to the card with a Wink of Stella brush and applied it to both the stripes and the blue border.
