Growing In Unity Day 4
Hello and welcome once again. Since it's the first of March and we just had our first snow storm of the winter, I made a card that reminds me of the warmer weather. I am also entering this card in the Moxie Fab World , The Cure for the Winter Blues Challenge. The challenge is to use the color of navy blue.
I love navy blue and I'm so glad it's becoming popular in the paper crafting world. To start this card, I used my favorite text stamp from Unity called Giving it all meaning. I then pieced together the oval from 3 different shades of blue. I used the text stamp again on the paper pieced oval, then I stamped and embossed the potted plant. Every time I look at this card it reminds me of the ocean and and a summer day. To me, summer and navy blue go together. The sentiment and the potted plant are from the {ippity} stamp set so this is LOVE. A sentiment tag and a few blue rhinestones finished off the card.
Thanks again for stopping by and I'll see you again tomorrow.
