{ippity} Hop Monday Regal Greetings

     Good morning ladies and welcome to another {ippity} hop Monday.  I was thrilled to receive the new stamps from the Winter Collection this week. All the images are fabulous, but my absolute favorite set is Regal Greetings. I love all the beautiful images in this stamp set, from the ornate frames and images to the beautiful fonts used for the sentiments. Needless to say, todays card was made using this set.

     For this card I used soft, muted shades of blue and yellow on a pale yellow card base.   For the background of the tag, I used the French script stamp from Hero Arts.   I then stamped and embossed the crown and sentiment with dark blue embossing powder.  For the middle strip of paper, I used an edger punch and outlined it with  distress ink.  A pearl stick pin  and cream satin ribbon finished off the card.   I love the simple elegance of these stamps.
