April Ippity Challenges

Hello everyone!  There is no {ippity} hop this week so I thought I'd share one of the cards I made for the April Ippity challenges.  Today's card was made for the photo challenge.  Here is the photo,

I love the little dot background stamp from {ippity}, Dots For Sure,  so I began the card by stamping it  three colors, coral, yellow and pink. I picked out a background paper that coordinated with the photo and used ink colors that coordinated with the paper. Then I used the Spellbinders pennant dies to cut out the banner. Some little roses and ribbon completed the banner.  The sentiment used on the card is from Party Hat Wishes.
