Card Concept

Good morning,
Today I have a valentine card to share that I am  entering into this weeks Card Concept challenge.  The challenge  for this week is to make a card using monochromatic pink. I wish the card would have photographed a bit better, but the card is in the mail box so unfortunately no do overs.  Oh well.....

Here is  the inspiration photo for this weeks challenge, so pretty.

This clean and layered card uses various shades of pink from the pale pink striped cardstock, the darker pink flowers as well as the bright pink bow.  Touches of glitter finished off the card. In person the card has a nice shimmer.   I'm mailing this card to my Mom so  I hope she likes it!

Best wishes for a happy Valentine's Day and thanks for stopping by.

Susan

Absolutely stunning Susan. It reminds me of cards from yesteryear. I love the soft pinked edge, and the flowers with the touch of glitter are perfect. Thank you so much for joining us at The Card Concept.

I love the shimmer of the ribbon and how you've tied it to make it look like it's around the pretty bouquet! Thanks so much for joining us at the Card Concept!
