Ippity Stamps- Ippity Hop
Good morning ippity chicks! I had summer on my mind today and wanted to make a card that evoked thoughts of warm weather, sunny skies, going to the beach and splashing in the water. The stamp set that came to mind was Fishy Philosophy. This is the first time I've used this set and now I regret not using it sooner! Here is the card I came up with.
Spellbinders Nestabilities were used for the card shape. The fish were stamped and embossed onto pattern paper and cut out. I used a scallop punch to emulate the ocean waves. The stamped sentiment and some pieces of scrap paper were used for the flag. When thinking of how to use this card, I thought it would make a fun summer birthday card.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. For the complete list of blog participants click here. Enjoy your summer and have a great day.
Hugs,

This card was so much fun to make! I thought kraft card stock and papers from October Afternoon and would be perfect for this card.
