Thank You

     Happy New Year everyone!  Now that the holidays are over and the presents have been opened, it is now time to thank those who were so thoughtful and generous this holiday season. One way of conveying your appreciation and thankfullness is to send a heartfelt, handmade thank you card.
Todays thank you card uses the flower from the Because of You stamp set by {ippity}.  A little bit of flower soft was added to the flower to give it more dimension and a Martha Stewart craft punch was used for the sentiment.  

I always like to embellish the inside of cards to finish them off.  On this card, a corner stamp and a small bird adds a nice touch to an otherwise plain inside.   The rest of this versatile stamp set can be seen here.
